Wendy continued to work at the college in Chico (she also went on a camping vacation to Oregon with her parents) while Steve went to OTS in the Summer of 1972.  When Steve finished we moved to Sacramento for the initial navigator training.  Then we were off to Merced for additional training in the KC-135 StratoTanker.  Survivor training in Washington and Florida were other stop-offs on the way to the first assignment at Grissom AFB in Indiana.
